Our favourite restaurant during our stay in Plaka. Delicious food at a very reasonable price. We had the menu for two, which included bread, water, 2 meat or fish mains, 2 salads (sides), an appetizer, 2 desserts and 2 drinks...all for €40!We were told that each home made dish was a sharing portion and there was a lot of food!Every course we had tasted incredible. The service was extremely friendly.We loved it so much that we had 3 dinners here, and all were perfect!
A nice family run restaurant. They serve what they called traditional Greek tapas.Ordered the meat balls with tomato sauce, traditional homemade moussaka, seasonal salad, and sauteed pork with honey and balsamic vinegar. Ordered bread with the dishes. All the food was tasty. Quite a busy place.
We had a delicious meal here! Unlike other restaurants in Athens, you are not lured in, which for us was already a good sign. Our waiters were very prompt and efficient. One area to improve on could be their welcoming manner and perhaps just smiling more, as they looked a little stern and forbidding. But that isn't meant to take away from the fact that the food was really great and reasonably priced. The moussaka was tasty and so were the Greek salad, fried sardines, and boiled octopus with vinaigrette.

Would absolutely recommend. Feels very homey and food is delicious. Portions are large and you will definitely not leave hungry. We got the menu for two which included one meat dish, one seafood dish, one app, one salad, one litre of water, two drinks and two desserts for 40 euro. The moussaka here is creamy and unctuous...not to be missed! And the zucchini fritters were probably my favorite...so fresh and crispy!! This place gets busy but worth the wait and full of friendly locals.
